Dual Credit:

If enrolled in Radio TV I class for two semesters you will have the opportunity to qualify for three free Ivy Tech dual credits by taking and passing the Knowledge Assessment  Links to an external site.which is completely web based. In order to receive this opportunity we have to be in (in-person) class during our official count day which is sometime in October perhaps November - will be announced when exact date is known.  Students will receive an access point and they can try multiple times with practice paths for credentialing. We will have more information on this option in the fall and it will be accessible to our virtual learners as well.  If you are a junior or a senior and you hold a GPA of 2.6 or above you will automatically qualify to receive the free dual credits as long as you successfully pass both semesters (Part A and B) of RadioTV I at PHS.

Application of Content and Multiple Hour Offerings:

Intensive laboratory applications are a component of this course and may be either school based or work based or a combination of the two. Work-based learning experiences should be in a closely related industry setting. Instructors shall have a standards-based training plan for students participating in work-based learning experiences.
